Removing Rusted Brake Hose Bolt...??
I'm replacing the rubber front brake hose and the bolt that secures it on the body is badly rusted. I've been soaking it daily with PB but no joy. Should I just drill and retap it or is there a trick to get it out intact?........

Chances are if you use a small enough drill you can drill out enough of the center, increase the size of the incrementally and get it to a point where you can fold what is left on itself to get it out. No idea what size that is though. Just know that it is a T40 torx head.

Thanks! I drilled a hole in the center of it and used an air chisel to get it to spin. It just took a lot of time...but it's out.
