You can buy parts from a dealership and install them yourself. The dealer doesn't always install the parts they sell. Maybe someone did it aftermarket after all?

yeah, could be, well i fixed it anyways and no more buzzing muffler llike those stupid ones on all the hondas. on to next project, thanks for all the help. few clamps and a hours worth of work.....
