Exclamation Removing leaf shackle

Im in the process of puttin rough countries adjustable shackle on and i have the left side shackle removed. Now on the right the bottom bolt is ceased to the inner metal sleeve. Any tips or tricks to get this sucker out?

Ive beat the hell out of it with a hammer and punch. Ive pb blasted it over and over again. And ive even tried a pulley puller and used the rod to try to push the bolt through. Nothing is working!! The bolt has gone about half of the way out. The bolt is now flush with the bushing and wont go out any further. Please help. This is my dd and i need to be somewhere later tonight

Your best bet is to use a grinder and cut the shackle apart so you can get a pair of vice grips on the metal bushing and then be able to back the bolt out.

a simple cut in the back storage area over the shackle mount will allow you to cut the bolt. simple and very easy!
