Just bought a set of fog lights from harbor freight. Managed to install them by stuffing my hand between the bumper and radiator to tighten the nuts, but I need to adjust then and I just can't fanagle my hand and the wrench in there enough to make the adjustment.
So, how do you remove the end caps/bumper, and just how much of a pain in the rear is it?

It isn't too bad. The corners are held on by a few bolts.
Removing the mounts from the frame is easier than removing the bumper from the mount. Just get a nice sized pipe or a breaker bar and it should come right off. Pb blaster and a torch help too.
If your bolts are all rusty then I'd consider new hardware before reinstalling too.

I just re-adjusted mine. I have the same light as you. All I did was remove the grill and used a ratcheting wrench it works great. The only problem with these light is that the have those teeth on the adjustment and you can only adjust them so much. I took them off and filed down all of the teeth and slipped a small strip of rubber in there that way I was able to adjust them right where I needed them. Hope this helps.
