Removing the front bumper.

My 98 had bolts attaching the brackets to the Uni-body (15mm) and 4 Torx holding the bumper to the brackets. My suggestion, if your ditching the bumper, just unbolt the brackets and be done with it.

the bumper bracket to the unibody is 6 15 mm bolt the bumper skin to the bumper brackets is 4 torx
if the OP ment torx instead of allen key then i agree unbolt it from the unibody and be done no need to unbolt the skin from the brackets unless your replacing the skin for some reason
