Took about 2 hours for just the back on mine. Had to hack and tap bolts due to minimal surface rust, then was also watching the kid 90% of the time as well.

Front will come out here later this week for a rust eval and POR 15 treatment followed by Herculining pretty much all surfaces. After the plan is to reinstall the carpet having a quieter ride for family camping. Not real exciting stuff, but if we are going to keep the Jeep around for a few extra years might as well enjoy it.

I removed and replaced mine in about 2 hours,I used a air ratchet and had no rust so it went pretty fast smells better too!Would have bedlined it but considered noise and heat.If it were a total trail rig I woulda bedlined it

I think I'd like to repace my center console and carpet. This is the only crappy part of my interior, and would make a massive improvement inside.

Is rust a major roadblock issue in pulling up the old carpet?
Someone said 6 bolts were stuck.

Also, where can I get a replacement carpet?

If you are replacing it keep the pad from the passenger side as you will need it. I drove most of the summer with my carpet out while I patched the floor doing it part time and I could have cooked eggs or dinner on the passenger floor!
Replacements donèt have as large pads. At least mine did not!
