My 1998 Cherokee Sport's remote stopped working a bit ago (replacement I had for 3 yrs). It worked fine that mornig then by afternoon, dead. I changed batteries, etc and still no go. The auto locks work fine from the door switches but the remote won't work. My question is "where is the sensor that the remote activates to operate the locks?" I can't find anything in the manual or on-line and thik maybe the problem is there or even with a fuse.
