Default Relocation of License Plate for Tire Carrier

Hey guys im planning on putting a tire carrier on in the future sometime and I was trying to find good relocation ideas for the license plate. The one im looking at doesn't already have a relocation bracket so I was just thinking of fabbing one up since its not too difficult but my real question is the relocation of your license plate light. Has anyone relocated it before or fabbed one up somehow? My buddy relocated his plate but not the light and got pulled over for it so thats kinda what im trying to aim away from occuring. If you guys have any pics that you found that would be great.

I bolted mine right on the bumper after i got mine, but eventually i am going to put it in my spare tire and mount a brake light up top of it

They sell these:

Kind of pricey but you could make your own pretty easily.

And if your worried about light: http://store.ultimateoffroad.net/liliplfr.html

There are also a ton that mount to bumpers, just google it.
