Exclamation Rediculous idle and fuel pressure

Alright so i have a 1996 jeep grand cherokee loredo. Whenever i begin to come to a stop the idle will drop to around 250 and stumble until i come to a complete stop then it picks back up. I did a fuel pressure check and its around 48-50psi with just the ignition on and bounces around alot at about 50psi with the engine running. I have done some research and narrowed it down to either the fuel pressure regulator/ fuel pump, or the crank/ cam positioning sensor. What do you all think? anyone have this problem before?

I went ahead and cleaned it (it was deffinently dirty) but there was no difference in how it ran. im really starting to lean to maybe the 02 sensor or maybe a bad injector

I ran for codes a few time through out this process and it has come up with P0171 and P0133. No i didnt clean the mount hole i guess i overlooked that. As for black smoke i dont see any and no smell of gas.

i noticed that im having a leak that seems to be coming from my power steering pump somewhere and saw that there was fluid in the connector to the 1st o2 sensor. I cleaned that up and the code P0133 went away but P0171 is still there and the idle problem is still there.

ok so i went ahead and replaced the o2 sensor and it started running much better and now its running like crap again all the same issues. I can hear something rattling around in what sounds like my cat could that be to blame?
