Exclamation rebuilt motor running hot

i just rebuilt the whole thing top to bottom and am getting some higher temps. it seems to be right past 210 but doesn't ever go under 210. its full of break-in oil, has new radiator, water pump, thermostat, new heater and rad hoses. is it normal for a new engine with break-in oil to run a little hot or is there something else i should try and replace. thanks you for the help. posted in modified too not sure where this belongs because its just the engine
in georgia so its hot here

Yes. It is normal. How far did you drive it?

probably around 20-30 miles total no highway yet and nothing over 3500rpm soo far, been wary about going far till it ran a little cooler might still get a new fan clutch but it makes sense it would run hotter with more friction from the oil and parts.
thanks for the help i wasn't really sure if it was normal and wanted to check with someone that knows more than i do. thank you

Make sure your radiator cap is good.
