Default Reassembling after replacing the heater core

Hello, I'm new. I've been working on my sister's 2000 Cherokee Sport this past weekend, replacing her heater core that was leaking pretty bad.
It was a frustrating job. I've succeeded tho, and in reassembling everything I'm stuck scratching my head at an electrical connection from the HVAC box/wiring harness with no mate. I've no idea where it went.
(Label everything, I know, I got a little carried away and stopped bothering) And a little black hose that maybe goes past the firewall to under the hood, but to where? And why isn't it longer?
These aren't my pictures, but they have the exact same vacuum tube and electrical plug that I'm stumped about. (I'm not terribly great at great wiring diagrams either)
I've circled the cuplrits, any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Black hose, no where i can find to plug it. Doesnt seem long enough to go outside the firewall.

This set of wires comes from the lime green plug to the right of the green circle i drew. No place nearby i can find it connects to.

Not 100% sure on the hose in the picture if it is the drain hose--but I know there is a drain hose that goes into the firewall. If you are looking at the firewall from the front of the Jeep, hood open, look at the passenger side firewall, down at the bottom. That's where the drain hose comes out. It's barely long enough to stick out through the firewall

I'm wondering if that plug is the same one I had not connected to anything when I was done---If it is passenger side, low under the glove box, there is a plug there. It's on the side wall, and I think I pushed it back, out of sight when I put the assembly back in. It's there.

I've got the drain hose poking out if the firewall. It's about thumb size? So it's not that guy. The mystery tube is probably smaller than an 8th of an inch.
As for the plug, I did wonder if it plugs into nothing, I guess I want to be certain before I put everything back as it was such a ***** to take apart.
Thanks.

The little tube is probably your vacuum supply. It tees into another small vac line just on the engine side of the firewall.
