rearend upgrade
My jeep has a dana 35 in it im looking to upgrade it helpful hints anyone is a 8.8 the best choice??? Im looking to take it off road on occasion but nothing extreme.

Haha^ if you dont do much wheeling, and are not at 33-35s already then you could just look into the newer chrysler 8.25 with 29 splines. Direct boltin except new u-bolts and i have heard of them going for no more than 150. Just a thought. If you dead set on a heavy duty axle then yes the 8.8 is about the best before you start going up to full widths like dana 60s and such. Good luck

What tires did you want to run?
For me I would choose the 8.8. The fab work needed to install it is minimal.
