Default Rear wiper problems

01 XJ Sport.

So this past summer I got my cherokee a little wet, as in water almost to the AC controls. I haves aged to get everything back to normal except for the airbag light and the rear wiper/sprayer.

Does anyone have a schematic that shows the wiring for the rear wiper? I need to find out if I have a motor, switch, relay, or fuse problem. Without being able to pin stuff out I'm afraid I'm going to have to resort to replacing parts until it works and we all know that gets expensive.

Pull rear hatch cover and test for current at connector with test light/meter .Work back from there.

I want all the stuff to work, and it has come in handy a few times.

My rear wiper stopped working, and made the most horrible buzzing/motor noise ever. It just wouldn't stop to the point where I had to pull the fuse for it to stop. How difficult is it to remove the rear wiper motor? I do like having it for when it snows, it definitely helps a lot.
