So when I push the switch for my rear windshield wiper nothing happens. If I push it in after turning the switch on the wiper fluid will come out and blade will move. Can't figure out how to just turn on my rear wiper

I guess you mean flip the switch not turn it ? Replace switch.

 

You are new so take note... The caravan comment was a joke, you didn't list any vehicle details so nobody could really help you. You should always post year, engine, trans, lift if any, etc. Easiest way is to add it to you signature, that way it comes up everytime with no typing.

Second is the switch for the rear wiper is a rocker switch on the dash. So if the switch doesn't do anything you need to break out the multi meter and see if you have power at the switch. Once you know that you can decide what to do next. Here is the switch if you need it...
