Rear window track problem

Rear window track problem
Hey there, on my XJ the guide track for the rear door window is rusted up pretty bad, causing the window not to seal properly. I pulled the trim panel and I think I know how to remove it, it seems to be attached to the tiny window with glue, any idea where I could get this piece?
