Default Rear wheel vibration

92-XJ Sport 4.0 5 spd. 180K
Have had this vibration when driving starts round 45 -60 mph
not constant but every couple of seconds for example :
as if I was going over a couple of small ripples in the road every 10 ft or so.
I feel it mainly in my seat and floor which leads me to believe it is in rear suspect right rear wheel. This has been going on for about 8 months. Tires are pretty new with 2000 miles on them Uniroyal Liberator A/T.
Rims are stock 10 hole pattern allys.
At one time some vibration in Front end and swapped those rims for another pair, that took care of that problem.
I live in 2 miles in on a dirt road. so crud build up was suspected had the rears cleaned up rebalanced Still didn't go away.
I am leaning towards a bad belt in the tire.
or bearing though I hear no noise from it.
Any thoughts ?

If it doesn't solve the issue it could be bearings, no?

Had a couple other rims w/ rubber on them so i did a swap then test drive on smooth paved road. Definite difference in ride.
Had to keep keen eye for little bumps since I am hyped on any vibration, alot better feel to it.
But am gonna take the new tires back to store and get them to either replace with brand new rub and swap rims.
I have heard bout ally rims going out of round after many years ..
As for the bearing idea with my mileage I had to replace front hubs on my 97 ZJ at 205K and they had already worn thru the axle. But I heard it coming on those.
