Here's the whole assembly for $980: http://www.quadratec.com/products/72066_700.htm

Found another one on ebay, fab kit. Current bit was $480 plus $80 for s&h nationwide: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Jeep-...Q5fAccessories

I've been running the C4x4 rear bumper/carrier for a couple of years. Excellent product.

I'd go for one of those, I'm going to see if I can find one locally so I don't have to pay S&H

Take a close look at the description of that bumper...1/8" box tubing as the basis for a bumper with recovery points and a tire carrier? No way will that hold up to a drop off a ledge. I certainly would not trust the bumper to hold up to any serious recovery activities either.

You know what, I didn't even think of that. Thanks for pointing that out.

Hate reviving old threads, but me too.

Also, anyone know of any new deals or used ones for sale, I've checked craigslist and ebay but I just can't justify spending $600+ (because of my stock bumper). The "for sale" section here doesn't seem to have any still for sale.

Check this out. Detours XJ Tailbone. Unless you actually want a full bumper, this is the way to go. Reasonable price. And if you do prefer a bumper combo, they make that too. Call 'em.

Old pic from their website ... because I'm in love with this product
