Rear T-case yoke wont spin when i tighten the yoke nut????

Rear fixed yoke not spinning?
I was almost done with the SYE conversion when i noticed that when i tighten the rear yoke to 150ftlbs, the main shaft won't spin! Even when the trans is in neutral and the t-case is in neutral! BUT if you loosen the yoke nut it spins freely! Nothins making any noise when i spin the t-case. This doesn't make any sense!
