Sorry it took so long to get back on this, Well I checked shock mounts. They look fine to me. checked the e brake cable it is lose and will hit the underside, but I dont think it is enough to make as loud of a noise as it does. Ill get some kind of padding and put under it tho just to make sure! Ill keep yall posted!

U-bolts could be a little loose.....
