Rear Seat Compatability

Will the rear seat out of a 1993 Cherokee fit into my 1999 Cherokee? I'm looking for some tan leather back seats, and there is '93 being parted out locally that has a tan leather interior. Is it a direct replacement or not?

The back seat is a direct replacement, but the front ones are not.
