rear rubicon express 4.5 rear leaf springs
I found a pair on local Craigs list hes asking $200. and if I need them 1.25 shackles for $50.00 have not started lifting my 2000 cherokee but this looks like a good start?? Hows the $200 bucks price sound? Its 4.5 spring I was thinking of going 3" will this 4.5 cause me Headaches Thanks

If your 4wd and getting the 4.5in. lift you might need to get a SYE. There is a possible chance that you will get driveline Vibration and the SYE with fix that. You will also need and alignment and track bar to realign the front of you jeep.

I just finished lifting my 2000 4" and have been dealing with really bad
vibs so expect to spend some money on an sye
A couple of friends of mine have lifted there xj's 3" and the guys with 97 and up xj's have run into vibs also

You can lift to 3" cheap but as soon as you go over that the money into it doubles. Once you go to over 4.5" you go into a 500 SYE and front driveline replacement. I personally would go over 4.5" for my first lift on an vehicle do to the money and also the change in the handling of your vehicle.
