Default Rear pinion seal

Looks like I have to replace the rear pinion seal on my 29 spline 8.25. Looks pretty straight forward, unless you have a crush sleeve. It is my understanding that the 8.25 has a crush sleeve. So what does that mean for me when I go to replace the seal? Thanks

I lost all my files when my computers crashed, so I can't give you what I had. But on a search I just found this. >http://www.jeepxjforum.com/topic528-...nion-seal.html
