The 89 xj is of course box-shaped, therefore allowing zero air to enter the jeep. I was wanting to remove the back window and replace it with a snap on plastic cover like the wrangler tops. This way I can remove it and get some air flow. Any ideas how to do this? How to put the snaps on the door, where to get them, ect?
thanks
thanks

Sounds nice, But the amount of road & trail dirt that be will sucked inside, will amaze you. Clean your windows, then drive down a sand road once. The first one to get covered is the hatch window. there's a lot of turbulence directly behind the vehicle created by the air flowing over it. But that would work good, if your just crawling along. So check with a marine upholstery shop, they can custom make one. with snaps around window opening. Like a boat...........................................JMO !
