Rear Frame/Hitch Damage Repair
So a while back the rear of my rig got messed up due to a mixture of rust, weight, bad luck, and a moron in a rice burner...
Either way, the rear frame where the hitch bolts onto is messed up now...
Not the best image, but you get the idea. The rear most bolts are now push up through the frame rail. When this happened it also bent the rear bumper mounts since my JCR rear bumper was tied into it.
The question is, whats the best way to fix/repair/strengthen this? Granted I hope to be able to do this my self soon since I start welding classes in the winter...
Your thoughts?

I bet you'll end up cutting out that portion and slipping a square or rectangular tube up in there to weld in place. Sucks that happened but at least you have a reason to build it out better and stronger.
