Default Rear fender help.

This is my 91' xj. Got it for $1100 three weeks ago. This is my new to me favorite toy. I've read the write ups and how to's on trimming the fenders. Mine were already trimmed. The front fenders look just like several write ups.
The rear on the other hand leave me wondering. What to do now?

You are going to need to weld that up man. Who ever trimmed that was ether planing to weld it or just plain stupid.

That's your only real option.

Seeing as that is part of the uni-body, and the rear fenders are load bearing, that is a structural problem. I would suggest you not wheel it until its fixed.

And I would make that top o my list to fix as well.
