rear drum brakes

im replacing my rear drum brakes and hardware with new stuff
and i was wondering if i should replace the wheel cylinders while im in there
and i was wondering if i should replace the wheel cylinders while im in there

pull the rubber caps back and look if its wet they need replacing ,if you got the extra money do it any way and keep the good ones for spares
Pull the dust boots back and if they are nice and dry its your call but if wet with brake fluid or look damaged --replace them.
I just did my rears and ended up replacing everything--wheel cylinders are cheap --BUT the brake lines on both sides were corroded and frozen so I replaced them also.. Not a big job but getting the proper length and putting the bends in was a little time consuming.
AZ and a couple other parts stores only had lengths that were 2-5 inches longer than I needed so i had to make some bends larger so they would fit right and be safe. You don't want 12" of brake line flying in the breeze.
