Default Rear Double Cardan Socket Yoke Assembly

Hey All,

Would anyone be able to verify that this part will fit the DC joint on the rear driveshaft of my 97 XJ Sport? I see them listed for the front, but not the rear.

What do you want to do? The strap kit is for the diff for either diffs yoke and the yoke assembly is for the c/v shaft in the front shaft on stock applications.

Sorry, that extra link to the straps made it a bit confusing.

I need to replace the yoke assembly in the rear DC joint, but I can't seem to find any that are labeled as such. From some of the posts I've read it seems like the front and rear are the same, but I'm not sure.

Do you still run the stock shaft on the rear?Iif so this should be what you're after.

Nope, I've got one with a DC joint, just like the front. It is on the Transfer case side.

Since that is not a stock rear shaft, you can use the front shaft parts. I found this odd because you posted this in oem tech which this is not. On the links you had, the first will get you the outer of the c/v shaft.

Oh ok, I didn't realize that this wasn't a stock part. That's probably why I can't find the parts for it clearly listed. Thanks for the help. I'll order the Spicer 211544X Socket Yoke Assembly.

Thanks!
