Default Rear defrosters not working

My rear defroster hasn't been working so at work today I grabbed a power probe. Just to go through quick, fuse is good and relay is good, fuse panel is good, rear grid is good and I'd like to think the switch is good.

When I put the power probe on the fuse, in the fuse panel, on the driver side of the rear grid, or the socket for the relay and press the positive switch on the probe the light on the switch illuminates. Anytime I click the switch it doesn't illuminate though not even for a second. This makes me think the switch is bad but then why is the light turning on when I use the probe? Any input would be great.

Also after I did this I went to drive home and neither of my blinkers worked. My high beams did though.

It's easy enough to yank the switch and test for continuity.

I don't have access to a ohm meter or a voltage meter as of now but using my power probe I was atleast able to get a reading from the first, second and third connector. That was the actual connector though not the switch
