Rear Bumper finished (finally!!!)

So I have been thinking about this since about a week after I got the XJ. Last week I finally got it finished- I will get some pics up tomorrow.

Tied into the frame with both a nut strip and reinforcement on the bottom of the frame.

Bumper tube is 5/16" thick and super heavy duty.

Still waiting for the rest of the pics to upload, but here is a teaser-
Bumper is still only primed, waiting to finish the front bumper so I can spray them at the same time (they are getting truck bed liner).

Anyone who does FAB work, I have about 550 pieces of the hoist brackets left over (on this bumper they are the shackle mounts). They are plasma cut out of 7/8" plate steel. I can take pics if anyone wants. They fit great with a 3/4" shackle. I can sell them cheap, we cut 600 at work and the customer returned them because some of the holes were oval. I have several hundred that were perfect. Probably about $10 a set + shipping if anyone wants them. I have better pics coming.
