the D35 was 84-01 (some years were non c clip tho)

the C8.25 was 92-01....

The D44 was only 87-89, and the C8.25 was 91-01

I measured the ones currently on the XJ and they are only about 6.5" with about 1/4 - 1/2 projecting above the nut. 7.5" must give you about 1.5" projecting above the nut. Seems long enough!

Went to four wheel parts yesterday needing u-bolts for my 98 8.25 I have concluded they aren't much smarter than autozone or advance counterboys. Btw still no u bolts!!

Go to AutoZone get a tape measure,walk over to lift block kits that come with u bolts.Measure em inside to inside 3" buy em and throw away the blocks

my local Oreilly had the exact one I needed wen I replaced it on my D35... try taking a used/old one in and use it for comparison.
