i have a stock rear axle and need to replace the seals. how do i get the shafts out???

 

If you have a "C" clip axle you will need to remove the dif cover and remove the pin in the center. So the axles can slide in some to get out the "C" clip then pull it out. It's very easy. If you don't have a "C" clip axle there will be 4 bolts behind the brakes on the end that you will need to remove then the axle will come right out. It depends what rear your have.

 

ya it has the chrome c clips on the end of the shafts inside next to the gears

 

There is a pin that goes through the center of the gears. Remove that then push the axle in so you could get the clip off. Then the axle should just slide out.
