Build sheet from Chrysler says I have an 8.25 axle, looks more like D35.
Busted drivers rear shock bolt on axle at the threads, any idea on repair?

That's a Dana 35 axle.

Drill from back side and bolt through or will have to weld on new shock mount or drill and tap a bolt from back side to repair

Looks like salvage yard markings on the differential cover. PO, previous owner, must have swapped it.
