Default rear axle centering after lift

So I just finished my 5" lift install 3" rc kit and 2" shackle and coil spacer with 325/60/18 terra grappler and axis rims but my rear end when looking from the back seems to be around a half inch shifted to the right. I am judging this by the amount the tire sticks past the flare

i would say so yes. I do recommend putting forth the cash for an adjustable one however. But as long as you keep the bolt torqued down this way will not give you any issues.
