Default really weird transmission slippage

when it gets warm second will not engage unless i rev up to 3k rpms and then let off then give gas. sometimes it will shift 1 right into 3 or 4.

i put in lucas trans no slip stuff it worked for a day just fine then started over again, i can drive it and it shifts all fine cold but when it reaches temp it slips.

i put a cooler on and it delayed it but it still does it.

pls help this is my first jeep and i love it but hate this damn problem

worn fluid can make transmissions do weird things for sure, but alot of the junk you see in dirty transmission fluid is clutch and band material. typically if you are having slippage issues and you flush the transmission fluid it will toast the transmission completely. sounds like yours is already there though.

Agreed.
Sometimes the crud in the fluid is what's keeping the worn out innards working. Other times the crud is plugging things up, keeping line pressure too low or restricting the valve body. Problem is, that crud came from somewhere...probably internal clutches.
Drain, refill, cross your fingers and try it. All the Lucas does is increase line pressure..it's thick as heck.
