re and re waterpump,pretty str. forward.?
My 89 cherokee 4.0 waterpump giong ,new one just came in.Was wondering is it pretty str. forward, no surprizes I,m going to come across.Thought I would check just to make sure.The only thing is where is the bolt on the power steering pump to loosen the belt,is it a long bolt near the bottom of the power steering that looks like it pulls or loosens as you turn the nut

ya thats it..you also have to loosen the idler puller bolt...that locks the tensioner down.

i've done it 4 times on my jeep (die pep boys remans, die) and am down to an hour to pulling one out, replacing, and being done.
