Exclamation 99 XJ front brakes..

This weekend I replaced my rotors and brakes on my jeep and when i went to drive it, it will not move forward or back. I used a C-clamp to compress the piston on the caliper. It seems the brakes are locked but not sure any ideas and any suggestions on how to solve the problem?

ck valve could be stuck in MC not letting fluid return to it and release brakes..
