Question Re re-drillig d30 Knuckles...
-So ive had a 1-ton steering setup on my HD d30, & with the turdy gettin its fully polished finishing touches, its time to flip that UTK to an OTK setup. What i wanna kno, is there a way to add/drop in a slieve/spacer to make up for the miss alignment or is this all really neccessary???

-Another idea i have was to just run a bolt thru it & screw in some heims. Then plate the outer parts of the knuckle as re-enforcements...

i would get new knuckles and re drill them.

No, those are for OEM TRE's, not Chevy 1t TRE's.

Ballistic Fabrication has them. I recommend welding them in.
