ok, ever since i got the jeep theres been this annoying rattle that comes from the door. It rattle when i close the door and when i get going down the highway (got a little bit of death wobble...but that doesnt bother me) i am positive its coming from the door somewhere so, what could it be?.....i dont want to go pulling off the door panels and all and find out its something simple. Any suggestions?

 

Check the little arm that holds the door open. Is it loose or attached? Please get that death wobble fixed! Dangerous my friend.

 

its loose, but i dont think thats whats doing it..thats what makes my door POP every time i close it lol....but yeah dont really know whats causin my death wobble, but what i do know is it only does it around like 50-60mph so i just go 70 .....but really ill check that out, more suggestions why i do so are very helpful

 

On that death wobble, I would either take it to an alignment shop to have all the ball joints, wheel bearings, caster setting, and steering stabilizer looked at or do it yourself....

That little arm isn't supposed to be loose. It is spring loaded. Other then that pull the door panel off to see if any of the parts are loose like window motor or cranks or lock stuff.

 

If its popping, something is binding in that mechanism. Could be the source of the rattle.
