Default Random transmission slip in all gears

Ok I don't know much about automatic transmission. Here's the symptoms I'm having; sometimes all is well, sometimes slipping when starting from a dead stop and higher then normal rpms in all gears. If I shut the engine of and start it again sometimes the problem goes away. If memory serves correct when an AT goes bad it will start slipping in just one gear then slowly get worse right? And restarting wouldn't make a difference. Any ideas? Thanks for your help

What's the fluid condition/color and smell?

Try this. Takes 2 minutes if you're slow.

Fluid looks smells like new. I have tried that and also replaced tps about a month ago.

I did solve Rubic's Cube, but can't figure this thing out. Maybe mine doesn't work as designed. The space of a dime seems to work OK, (see photo), but really, I'm not sure it's perfect. It works OK!

Push down on the D shaped button. Pull the cable sheath toward the passenger side of the engine compartment. Let go of the button. Manually give the unstarted engine full throttle with your hand. Finished.

Yep. Watch the cable adjust itself. Like magic. Are you done yet?

I've never seen the cable housing move unless I depress the button, on mine anyway....
