So I just started hearing a random "bbzzkkkk" behind my instrument panel it sounds like a joke hand buzzer. There's no common factor that I can tell of the 3 or 4 times I've heard it. I don't know if its coincidental or connected but my ac is all of a sudden blowing warm (not hot hot) air. The compressor cycles very frequently all of a sudden. The condenser has always sweat quite a bit. I had or family mechanic test the freon at the beginning of summer and he said everything was spot on.

And lastly, when I was checking out the ac and hoses etc, I found this plug dis-connected below the condenser just laying there and can not find
anything it plugs into. Any ideas?
