So before I just go replacing things wondering if its common or if y'all agree with my consensus. I bought my 99 knowing it had a coolant leak, The pictures are bad but you could see the residue on the upper hose on the radiator side, he said it was a slow leak (or at least he topped it off every few thousand miles). I've driven it a week and haven't noticed anything until today. Upon getting home and shutting it down I had a leak in front of my pass front wheel chased it to the top radiator hose (of course didn't take pictures and was in a hurry to work). To me it looks like the clamp is to far back and maybe under the right pressure causes the leak. Housing looks good to me don't see any cracks, anything I'm missing to check?
You can barley see it but you can see where the residue is that I noticed when buying it, doesn't look as crusty so I think more evidence that its this hose
OIL PAN LEAK
have a small oil pan leak too (one drop every few days. Honestly if the pan wasn't "wet" and the Jeep hadn't sat for a week I may not have noticed. Wondering if for such a small leak if there's a "easy" (replacing oil pan seal isn't that hard just messy) fix until it grows bigger.
