Default radio trouble....

I have an aftermarket radio. Worked fine for months. I pulled out me heater/air controls to find the bulb to replace it and now my radio won't turn back on. I had it plugged in...it made its usual noise like when I shut the jeep off...and hasn't went back on since. All fuses are good. The wires seem fine. But my question is....is there a ground or something behind the radio and/or heater controls? I must have bumped something. Now my cig lighter won't work either. And I know there's a fuse for both of them but I checked the fuse for both tho and its fine. So there's got to be something back there that I'm not seeing. Also how can you get that plastic wood grain piece to fully get out of ur way? I pulled it off but it can't get around the back of the steering wheel. So I just pull on it and move it around to get it somewhat out of my way....but the dang thing won't completely remove. And I dont want to break it. Any help will ne appreciated!

Redid some wiring in the radios harness. Then replaced a few fuses just to be safe. They looked fine but did so anyways. Turned the jeep on and the radio worked. So all good. I think some of the wiring came loose.
