What could make my speakers not put out sound? The radio is all hooked up right just not getting sound.

 

Sound as in to what??? a factory radio a cdplayer do you have an amp??? there are many unknowns here.

Thats like asking why your car dont start when u have a full tank of gas and a brand new battery too many factors to know here.

Basic info like does the radio turn on etc would help

 

Buy a multi-meter. Test if you're getting voltage at the speakers. Go from there.

 

Have a new CD player it does come on but no music comes out of the speakers....

 

Did you try turning the volume up... ?

 

One of the speaker wires could be grounded = no sound at all.

 

Yea the volume is up and I was afraid that something might be grounded out I guess imma have to pull everything apart
