Not a smart move! You never test power by touching wires together unless you like burning things up and replacing parts that worked at one time.

I got all the lighting working but I have another problem. Ever since I first got this jeep the sound system has been acting up. Every time I play music it's fine until I adjust the volume up. Then it starts to get staticky and crackles and sometimes doesn't even play music. Also when I just turn the keys to listen to music it's not as bad then when the car is fully running.

I thought it might just be blown speakers so I found some new ones and the problem still remains. I think It might be the connection or just the whole deck itself.
Has anyone had this problem or know why this is happening??
