Default Radio Help

Hi everyone. New to the forum. Need help fixing the broken radio antennae on my 1990 Cherokee Laredo 4.0l. It has a power antennae and the top mast broke off. I am having trouble locating parts, even at the salvage yard. What would it take to change to a standard base and mast as opposed to replacing the power unit? Any help would be appreciated.

It pretty simple its just unscrewing the cap and I believe removing two bolts from the body then taking the pass kick panel off and unhooking the antenna cable. You'll just need the cable, antenna and caps off the donor you take off. If you still have the plastic in the wheel wells then its just more work and more chance to break plastic off.
