Ok so I bought a 2 core "champion" radiator I don't know if it's good or bad but it doesn't fit my 99 XJ. Is there a trick or something I'm doing wrong? I'm planning on reusing the OEM top and bottom isolators. Help me she needs dirt and mud!:

There's no trick that I know of. If it doesn't fit, it isn't right.

That's my way of thinking.

Radiator cap hitting the crossbar? Transmission line hitting the inner fender? I have seen both issues with Champions on other forums. CSF radiators are supposed to be good, but i bought a Spectra, as its just a DD for winter, so not much help here.

How is it not fitting? Like fb97 asked, give us so more to go on here than the blanket statement of the radiator isn't fitting. Make sure it's sitting in the lower isolators completely and that the small hold downs that run vertically down the radiator core aren't hitting which will prevent the radiator from sitting completely in the mounts.
