My driver side has this weld. My passenger side does not.

Looks like a pretty bug-ery homemade weld. I'm guessing that sometime in the long-long-ago that a previous owner nailed the front end while having some fun with the jeep on some bumps and cracked the coil tower (basically hit the bump stop really hard). This is just a guess. As long as nothing is loose or questionable, I would probably just hit it with some Fluid Film or some other product to stop the rust, and forget about it.

You can see where it split pretty bad in the top right of the 1st photo. Is it separating or is it just the angle of the photo? I would keep a close eye on it for a while to ensure it doesn't get any worse.

Is there any possible way for me to replace that? Coil tower?

Based on the rub mark on the rubber isolator and the dent on the tower, I'm guessing it broke a spring in the past, or caught a rock bouncing up there, or a shock absorber bounced around, and something punctured the tower. Unless you provide more pictures that show otherwise, or unless you are experiencing some type of symptoms from this, it is likely a non-problem.

Just drive the vehicle for a while, and your Jeep will gladly provide you with something real to worry about, and then you can focus your worry on something more tangible.

Idk if it's cracked all the way up or if that's just an optical illusion. If you're worried about it, take it to a shop real quick and have them look at it. Or try and find pictures of other jeeps and see if yours looks any different.

I see what kcdt is saying, but again, It could be an optical illusion. I mainly only see the poopy weld. Just keep an eye on it.

I know what it's like to be worried about your new purchase. I've had my 2nd XJ for 3 years now, and I still trip about it. Try not to over think things.

I agree with LACK, especially if you're just doing highway runs. I wouldn't lift it at all

Yep. At 80 miles per day, you don't need to burn any more fuel by lifting it. These things are not exactly a Prius on gas mileage. Stock in good running trim you should get around 17-18 if you don't drive it like you stole it.
