Default radiator leak fix: JB weld?

I've been avoiding replacing my radiator over a little leak that has been dribbling in my driveway. now that little leak is spraying a good amount of fluid every time I turn off my engine.
I can see clearly wear the leak is, so here is my question: is there a way to patch up a leaking radiator?
I saw on a tube of JB weld that it could be used to weld radiators. Is that safe? are there better options? I have to replace the radiator anyway probably, so if I mess it up its not that big a deal. I would rather spend a couple bucks on some jb weld if it has a shot at saving me a couple hundred bucks on a radiator.
Thanks

Why not take it to a welding shop and have them try to fix it.

I used JB Weld on a rad once and it did'nt work, and I would be scared to put any of that stop leak crap inside my radiator.

x2

I used that stop leak just recently and I'm going to buy a new radiator soon. It didn't stop the small leak and my temps are higher now than before. Everyone near me recommended it, but I can't
