Radiator keeps spitting water out of cap?

Radiator keeps spitting water out of cap?
I got a new rad cap and she was doing foine for a while, the last few times I have put it in park, it spews water out of the cap. Around 1/4 to 1/2 a gallon. And this is running around 200 degrees. What cold be going wrong?
