Thinking about changing the cap first. My best friend is a mechanic and has a light to check for leaks. Just changed oil today and just normal color used oil.

The only thing that suggests is that the crack or blown gasket has not reached an oil passage yet.

Well gentleman. Tomorrow I'm doin a pressure on it tomorrow. Also a guy I work with just got a 97 Cherokee with a bad front frame and is willin to sell the engine to me for $150. Only has 80,000 miles

Just finished installing my new Clearwater head last night. My 630 developed a small crack in cylinder 1 with 187k. I called and got a new head for 475 to my door in 2 days. XJ runs so much smoother now.
